How does the free trial work?
14 days, everything unlocked. Payment is only taken when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without being charged.
Where am I billed?
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe.
How do I cancel?
App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store account settings — we cannot cancel those for you. Web subscriptions cancel from the billing portal in your account settings.
What happens when I cancel?
Future charges stop and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for an unused period except where the law requires it.
Does one subscription cover every device?
Yes. One subscription covers your access on every platform where you sign in with the same account.
What if the price changes?
We will give you notice before a new price applies to a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not at launch. Annual is the only plan, which is how the price stays at $6.67 a month with every feature included.
Full billing terms are in the Terms of Service. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
